inspection of aircraft in order to perform maintenance or alteration concerning the recognition, acceptance inspection of materials, parts and components, calibration of the equipment for works and inspections to ensure the uniformity of the completed maintenance and alteration, and the control and compliance of drawings, standards, specifications and other materials necessary for inspections, shall be established.
b)Implementation organization for inspection shall be available independent from the organization for maintenance or alteration work on aircraft with reference to the recognition;
c)Chief Inspector shall be a member of the implementation organization for inspection.
(4)The system shall be established to control materials, parts and components, and to prevent the possibility of defective parts or components being mixed with quality assured parts or components.
(5)Adequate management shall be effected on the processes regarding maintenance or alteration work on aircraft with reference to the recognition.
(6)Information management techniques shall be employed for those records regarding maintenance or alteration work on aircraft with reference to the recognition, the inspection to ensure the safety of the said aircraft, the storage of materials, parts, and components, and the calibration of equipment for the work and the inspection.
(7)In addition to those conditions listed in each preceding subparagraph, the maintenance or alteration work performed on aircraft at the said business premises, with regards to recognition, shall be such that they meet strict standards established under the provisions of Article 19-(2) paragraph 1, and the said aircraft shall be credibly regarded as conforming to the technical standards established under Article 10 paragraph 4.

 

(Scope of Work Established in the Repair and Alteration Certificate for Aircraft)
Article 32-(7). The scope of work stipulated in the repair and alteration certificate falls under one or more of the categories listed below.
1st category - Repair and alteration on aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 5,700 kg or less.
2nd category - Repair and alteration on aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 5,700 kg or more.

Article 32-(8). Specifications relating to the classification of work and contents of work specified in the Table of Article 24, specifications as to the type of aircraft and other specifications can be established in the repair and alteration certificate for aircraft.
